SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned.
Returns are accepted if it is damaged during delivery. In this case, the courier will issue a paper stating the damage done during delivery. Please write us an email with a copy of that statement and photos of the damaged package, and we will try to find a solution.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
NOTE: A signed act of transfer of acceptance means that you are satisfied with the received item. Please check if there are any damages before the courier leaves.
Shipments in Lithuania are free of charge. Worldwide shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and size of the item.
